Shipping fees

Free shipping on orders over 25€ to peninsular Spain and Balearic islands. If below 25€, a charge of 5.20€ + 21% tax will be applied.
Shipping to the Canary Islands and Ceuta & Melilla will cost 30€.

Rest of territories:

• European Union: 20€ + 21% tax.
• Rest of the world: 60€ (In the event of local taxes when reaching destination by customs, these will be charged directly by the courier company to the buyer. Shall the order be returned, these will not be refunded. The Cosmetic Republic is not responsible for the local permits that the health authorities may or may not request for entering the products into the country. We advise the buyer to be duly informed before placing an order).

Shipping Policy

We will send your order in 24-72 working hours to peninsular Spain, and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. If you are not satisfied with your order you have 30 days from reception of the order to return it. We will refund the money to you as long as the packaging has not been opened (back and forth shipping costs not included). If would like to change a product, you can do it within the same period, returning the product in perfect conditions and without opening. Please bear in mind that in this case the expenses of the second shipment will no longer be free (only for orders made in Peninsular Spain and Balearic islands).

If you wish to receive your order in an unbranded shipping box or from a different sender other than THE COSMETIC REPUBLIC, or you would like a specific delivery time frame (of at least 3 hours), please let us know in the Notes and Special Requests field in the shopping cart. The tracking Envialia button located at the bottom of this page will allow you to track your order at any time.
