Which product do I need for hair loss?
It depends on whether you want to treat the cause or see a result today. For treatment, start with the anti-hair-loss serum and the ampoules; for instant density, the keratin fibres. Most people combine the two: one works on the growth cycle, the other covers up in the meantime.
When will I start to see results?
Instant-effect products work straight away. With treatments, the first changes usually show between weeks 4 and 8 of consistent use; the full cycle is 90 days.
Can I combine several products at once?
Yes, they are formulated to work together. The routines already combine the products that boost each other, in the right order of application.
How do I choose my keratin fibre shade?
There are ten shades, from light blonde to black, plus white and grey for grey hair. Choose the one closest to your root colour, as that is where they are applied. If you are torn between two, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you which one.
Are they suitable for daily use and sensitive scalps?
Yes. The daily care formulas are gentle and suitable for sensitive scalps. Each treatment shows its recommended frequency on its product page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
