Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a full refund (provided the product is unopened). If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within the same timeframe, returning the product to us in perfect, unopened condition. Please note that in this case, the shipping costs for the second shipment will no longer be free (for orders within Spain).
