Your order will not be accepted until The Cosmetic Republic confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for your order to be accepted. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export for commercial purposes.

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement by postal letter or email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or deliver the products to: The Cosmetic Republic S.L., Calle Méndez Núñez 3, 08003 Barcelona, Spain, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except in cases of defective products or an error attributable to The Cosmetic Republic.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the order confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, order handling, customs processing, or import charges.

Prices listed in our online stores may differ from those offered in physical stores, other online stores, or third-party outlets. From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.
