Exchanges and Returns

• Time limit: 30 DAYS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
• Condition: unopened products in perfect condition.
• Refund: we refund your money when the product has not been opened.
• Exchange: you can exchange it for another product within the same period by sending the item back unopened.

For orders placed in Spain, if an exchange is made, the costs of the second shipment are no longer free.

• Second shipment (exchanges): Current rates apply. It is invoiced.

• Only unopened items in their original packaging are accepted.

Returns (refund)

• We refund the amount once the unopened product has been received and checked.

Product exchanges

• 30 DAYS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS; the product must be unopened.
• In Spain, the second shipment of an exchange is not free.
  
  For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products delivered sealed whose seal has been removed or tampered with after delivery, in accordance with Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

1. Give us your order number and the reason.
2. Pack the unopened product securely.
3. Send it or book the collection as we tell you.
4. We will confirm receipt and process the refund or exchange.

• We can use anonymous packaging and a sender other than THE COSMETIC REPUBLIC if you ask us to.
• You can specify a delivery time slot (min. 3 hours) in the Notes and Special Requests field of the cart.
