Olga Barberà – Founder and CEO
With more than 30 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, Olga Barberà has devoted her career to researching and developing innovative treatments for hair health.
In 2008, guided by the vision of bringing science and nature together, she founded The Cosmetic Republic in Barcelona, a pioneering brand in effective, gentle hair solutions. Since then, under her leadership, we have created unique formulas designed to restore the hair’s balance and protect it from everyday aggressors.
